Matrox FDK – Q&A with Matrox Imaging

The Matrox FDK provides a library of pre-made logic blocks for interacting with onboard functions and resources of a Matrox Rapixo CXP Pro board. The components within this toolkit free up the user to focus their attention on the custom image-processing pipeline. Conducting custom image-processing procedures directly on the Matrox Rapixo CXP Pro frame grabber helps to offload and accelerate operations from the host system CPU. To create custom FPGA configurations, the Matrox FDK is used in combination with Xilinx® Vivado® Design suite.
